About Me

I am an Art Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families.  I specialize in art therapy, trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders.  Before beginning my practice, I gained clinical experience in a variety of settings, including foster care group home, schools, community mental health, and juvenile probation.

I believe that every person is capable of achieving a fulfilling and satisfying life.  Through therapy, I can provide you with the support and guidance that you may need to make changes in your life, learn new ways to handle problems, and move past challenging life events.

As a therapist I believe that everyone deserves a safe space for healing. All people deserve access to quality mental health care, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, identity, ability, sexuality, or socio-economic status.
